Who we are
Aegis Packaging is a Singapore-based barrier solutions company. Since 2018 we have been developing water-based oxygen-barrier coatings for flexible packaging, designed to enable mono-material recyclable structures without compromising shelf life, processing efficiency, or cost.
We work across the value chain: brand owners shaping sustainable packaging roadmaps, converters running rotogravure lines, and film makers developing new substrates. Our job is to make the more recyclable structure the easy decision, not the harder one.
Our coating is patented and manufactured in Singapore. Recyclability is certified by Cyclos-HTP (94-95% on named structures), and O₂X holds a RecyClass Technology Approval (limited compatible, coloured PE flexibles). Today our films run across sauces, frozen food, pet food, snacks, coffee, and dairy.
