What O2X replaces

O2X swaps traditional barrier substrates for a single thin coating, replacing EVOH, foil, nylon, PVDC and MPET to enable mono-PE or mono-PP recyclable structures. Real customer projects below; some retain mixed-material structures as intermediate downgauging steps from foil or multilayer.
